kristen dunst- knitwear for lutz and patmosHollywood actress Kirsten Dunst is all set to unveil her own collection of knitwear for New York based fashion duo, Tina Lutz and Marcia Patmos. Dunst, who played role of Spider Man’s beloved in Spider Man movies, will unveil her designs this weekend in United States. Dunst, the star campaigner for Miu Miu’s spring/summer 08 collection, will unveil her capsule collection during New York Fashion Week on February 03, 2008 at Manhattan’s New Museum.

The actress has designed a crewneck sweater that can also be worn as a dress. With her collection Dunst will join the Hollywood hotties, Christy Turlington, L’Wren Scott, Carine Roitfeld, and Julianne Moore, who have designed their lines for Tina Lutz and Marcia Patmos. The fashion duo plans to donate 10 percent of the profits from their Autumn/winter collection to Al Gore’s ‘The CIimate Project’.   This is Kirsten Dunst first appearance in the fashion industry as a designer. Kiki, as Dunst was called when she was a child, used to dress her Barbie dolls with deflated balloons, this is the only designing she has done till date. Born in New Jersey in 1982, Kirsten Caroline Dunst, has been nominated for the Golden globe and has won several other awards. She is in the Hollywood since childhood, and has been started in dozens of blockbusters. Rumors are that she will be starred in a murder mystery “All Good Things”, which also stars Ryan Gosling. It seems she has her hands full.
